Power gate wiring

Hello again, So correct me if I am wrong, twisted pair such at cat6 from the action of twisting cancels out exterior EMI.
I ask because we have a power gate that is about 350’ away from the house. When they trench it I don’t want any problems from the line wires interfering with the communication wires.
they will be ran parallel in separate pipes about 12” apart.

At 12" I would not be concerned. However I would be concerned about lightning for both the power and communication wiring, especially at that distance. I would want SPD devices at each end for both if it were my call.

What is the cat6 being used for? Twisted pair canceling out external interference only works when the wire is used for differential signaling (ethernet, RS-485, etc)

If this is actually for Ethernet, be mindful of the 100m max length. You may or may not have an issue at 350 feet...
