Power/Ground Consultant Needed

I'm looking for an expert in "rack room" power/ground systems. We run a satellite Internet gateway in Thailand and suspect poor power and ground design/implementation is degrading digital transmission quality and need help.

you could look for some PQ equipment vendors there. I know of some who are very good in solving PQ problems
