I have a customer thats wanting a 30A and a 50A RV Power Outlets installed and was looking to see does NEC require Ground fault protection for Power outlet for RV

That was debated in our State (210.8 vs 551.71) and they ruled that 551 took precedence. Your AHJ may view it differently.
