Power panel clearance to swim pools

I have researched article 680 & cannot find the minimum horizontal clearance from a swimming pool or hot tub to a power panel!

I assumed 5 ft; but cannot find the article to back this number.

any help would be appreciated

680.22(C) - Switching Devices - "switching devices shall be located at least 5' horizontally from the inside walls of a pool."

Mike Holt sells a Power Point presentation (for lots of $$) on all the code articles....he shows an illustration with a panel for this code section showing the minumum distance to the panel of 5 ft.
