power quality report

Hello guys,
In the recent power quality report, I have 10% TDH voltage and 144% THD current on my facility. I am not very worried about the THD current but should I be worried about the THDv ?

The voltage THD is caused BY the current THD…

The V-THD is not always a problem for YOU, but is what you export to your neighbors through the utility connection. They will likely show up at your floor demanding that you fix it some day, and the way you fix it is to control your I-THD.
