Power receptacle with mechanical interlock mechanism

Hello,
I need a power receptacle with mechanical locking mechanism. Terminating the cables into receptacle should release a physical key (like a Kirk key) which is used to open a transfer block (lock box) to free other keys...
I know Cavotec is one solution but I was just wondering if anyone knows of any other supplier?

Search Hubbell shore power receptacle, Appleton has some too. With Hubble there's no Kirk Key per say, there is a slip back collar that comes forward to interlock with the receiving mate.

I'd drop the link for what I'm looking at but in checking the link it didn't come back as the same. I believe due to the fact it's coming in from
