Power restoration signal

My client wants a way to know the power has been restored after a failure. The whole main panel will be on generator power. Portable generator and manual operation of breakers. She also has a PV system tapped onto the main feeder. I don't know what indicators the PV system has to show it's producing. Can anybody recommend a product?

Before SCE came by to install their Digital Meter ... Since there wasn't a seal on the meter, I pulled it and installed a neon indicator light on the supply side so I wound know when to turn off the generator.

Does her power company have text alerts? Most do now. They will send a text when power is restored. It works by feeders, not individuals.

If it's a digital meter there will be a blank read out with no power and a digital read out with power.
Not sure how the solar would affect the meter.

The SCE digital meters can be remotely turned off (Display Blank) ... like if you don't pay your bill. I just wanted a way to varify power from the pole.

Solar should not produce without grid power if it’s grid tied
