Powering a trailer

I am working on a design to provide power to a trailer. The only information I have on the trailer is that it requires 120/240 volt single phase and the trailer is equipped with a 100 amp breaker panel. I have 480v 1 p 3 w and im sure stepping the voltage down to 120/24 volt. I am trying to size the transformer so im taking the phase to neutral voltage times the 100 amps to determine the max load kva. Is this approach to size the transformer for the trailer correct?

Ok thanks. That is what I thought but I was not sure if I needed to use the phase to phase voltage or phase to neutral. Is the choice determined by which voltage gives the max load?
