We are having some disagreement when reviewing the arc flash safety ratings. What is the correct rating on this example. We have a feed comming into a control panel's disconnect. The calculations show the end of the wires to be CAT2. Now the wires enter the fused disconnect and the calcualtion exiting the fused disconnect rate CAT0. What would the panel be? 2 or 0? Common sense says any fault in this panel would occour after the fuses but the possibility remains that something could happen is that small space that is CAT2. Obviously I have simplified the process but I hope you understand what I am asking.

HRC 2, most of the disconnect is HRC 2 (Not protected by the fuses) any whenever you have 2 HRC's in one enclosure you wear PPE for the highest.
