PQA purchase, opinions wanted

Hi all! I'm in the process of purchasing a power quality analyzer for my brother's company. He needs to be able to do energy audits prior to solar/generator/battery bank engineering and installation as well as power quality analysis for troubleshooting. The sky is this limit on price for these things, so I've narrowed things down to what I think is a good value/bang-for-buck list of brands and models. I'm curious to hear feedback from any of you who may have experience with these models, or opinions on better options if you feel that my list is misguided.
