Would any of you prefab pvc 80 duct banks and if so what would the criteria be to do so? Thank you for any feedback.

I have seen pictures large PVC duct banks being built on the ground and then placed into the trench. I think you would have to have much more support between the raceways to do it that way as compared to building it is place.

Big contractor here in town has a pre-fab shop where they weld their own custom frames for duct banks, load them on a semi and haul to the job.
