Pre cast pole bases

Has anyone here used precast pole bases? Have a project to add 3 poles at a cramped car lot. I would like to be able to drill, set bases and poles in one day if possible.Any pros and cons on the use of these will be appreciated.

Yeah we use them a lot as many of the job specs ask for them.

No real issues as long as you know they will be in the 6000-8000 lb range and have the equipment to move them.

Generally we own supplying the bases and the excavation contractor owns setting them in place for us.
