I have a Pre-Fabricated Modular Cleanroom I have to inspect. I don't have too much experience in this type of application. Besides the NEC, what other codes should I be looking at for Modular buildings and/or cleanrooms? NFPA? IBC? Sections?

What state?
look for a label applied by the 3rd party inspecting agency or the state, You may have no jurisdiction to anything in the building. Only the service to the building.

In WA this would require a factory assembled structure label.
Washington is tough on you too. We have to fly in an inspector to our plant so they can see different stages of construction. And all of our electrical is exposed EMT.

Thats good. I had a factory made Bevco building, no WA approval. I had to rewire everything done at factory. I asked Bevco about WA approval, they said have never been asked before, meaning all those bevco Bevco bldgs were installed without permit.

As soon as we try that we'd be so busted.....
That's why we have very few in Washington. The cost of inspections and we're on the east coast.

That's their story and they're sticking to it.........

This is in Florida. Not too sure what the requirements are in this state that's why I'm asking.

In Florida I'd say if it has a state label on it you may have no jurisdiction at all. Unless you are inspecting for the buyer and they let you inspect it.
Really you probably have jurisdiction up to the service and no further.
We have on occasion told a local inspector to go pound sand. Even had the state tell a few of them they have no jurisdiction.
If I was you I'd be relieved I didn't have to inspect it.
But, like you I'm not real sure what the rules are.

Bevco also said they werent asked to provide a label. My AHJ said get us a list of where those buildings are we would like to look at them.
You're in the business of manufacturing Pre-Fabricated Modular buildings and your answer is Nobody asked us to label the building?
If you're a play by the rules company no one should have to ask you......
