If by industrial unit you mean an industrial facility with qualified persons,
Then that does not change the rules for raceway wiring methods.
And by flex you mean an Article 348 product, it can contain no more than 360 degrees of bends. The length is not limited by the NEC but there are practical limits, unless you have superman to help you with the pull.

I agree with Tom, but if you are refering to AC or MC, there is no restriction to the number of bends.

There is no length limit, we have actually pulled one length upwards of 2000' of 500/4 conductor in a cable tray, somewhere around 20 to 30 people (superman wasn't available :) ) and three tuggers if I remember right, it's been 10 years atleast. The reel was brought on a rail car into the mill and was set on the reel jack (made from big I beams) with a crane.

In the picture below there were 4 runs of 500/4 conductor MV cable about 600' feet (I think) each.
