I have (15) of these areas that are identical. Everything is MC cable except data outlet locations which are 3/4" EMT stub-ups but don't think you can pre fab anything with those.

Would you prefab anything?

I would pre-fab a lot of them but I'd only do it after the studs were up and you could see all framing
and it is completely done.

There will be a lot of the same spacing usage and issues.
I've been in same multi-story rooms. It's easily done. One can continually gets the same placement layout, and the known
headaches can be ID'd, fast.

Can you explain in a little more detail. What exactly would waiting til the framing do? I’d think we’d be limited on time to install if wait til framing is up. What would you prefab? Box, duplex and mc cable tail of particular footage ?

Studying the drawing more I'm noting more and more problems than good presentation of information.

The bigger problem with pre-fab. is what other services your going to have in the same vicinity of for one, the patient exam rooms.

You can prefab against the same type walls, but you have two possibly three, solid, hollow, and empty and something
I'll assume is a paneled wall of some sort. Which might require variable depth mud rings. Or is that tile low or a bad app. of trying to show
hand rails?

You'll have some receptacles that are just that, Seems there is a lot of combination Recp. and Data/phone everywhere.
Yes you could put flex connectors, a green wire, and install a mud ring in appropriate brackets.
Ex. flex connector top is always the in, bottom is out. Frankly I'd use a lot of double barrels... and tape the "in" (feed)

You got four Recpt. in structural chases or fire wall around structural columns? Is that one side of wall available or you have to fish
a piece of flex in? There's no prefab for that, if open you have might have to puddy the box! If a 2 hour rated you might need to puddy
inside the box, and varies to jurisdictions,
Just depends on what that enclosure is? Sometimes they only leave a 1. 5/8" cavity due to large fire board inserted into stubs.

Does the "2" Telephone /Comm need a pipe or even a pipe each? Yeah that might not lend itself to prefab.

Besides all these considerations I'd read the spec's! I'd want the cabinet arrangement plan and elevations. I'd make it clear your not
responsible for any holes in any counter tops. Note the counter top height every where and the back splash height.
EX. 30" Counter top + a 4" back slash is tight for a 36" high receptacle, even in horizontal.
Are your going to use slider brackets. or three bay span brackets, or even allowed to use right angle bracket.

The wall fill is crazy, in this case only the walls of new work should be shaded or filled. EX; why is the thick wall shaded?
oh yeah and you have recp. in the thick wall and under a window.

In the observation room it looks like they have a counter on both side of glass panes and the Recpt /Comm are floating...
But I don't think their floor boxes.

Good Luck
