In article 690 (690.46(C)(8)), it says,
For systems with utility -interactive inverters, the premises grounding system serves as the ac grounding system.
What is the exact definiton of Premises Ground, by this statement? Could the Lighting meshed wires that give lighting protection to roofs be considered "Premises Grounding". Are they refering to a euford (pardon the spelling) ground, the GEC, or a grounding system connecting to the below grade copper water pipe.
