I have a prevailing wage question. This job I am doing has two rates for journeyman. One rate for commercial job over 13000 sq ft and one for under 13000 sq ft. This job is on a military base. My question is the job has two buildings, do you just add the sq ft together to determine the wage?

Are the buildings being quoted separately or together? If you're quoting one number to cover both buildings then I would think the sq footage should be combined.
