prevent 2 power load on at same time

hi, my subpanel now is 60amps, with a 50 amp electric stove and 20 exhaust fan. how i can prevent them on at the same time? i want my stove power to be on all thtime and when my fan is on, it automatically cut power to my stove(if i am using it), so they can not ever be on at same time. any idea?
 
Sort of what I’m wondering..
Stove has to have every element on to get close to 50, and I can’t see a fan pulling 20 amps.

I would turn everything on and take an amp reading. Probably not going to be a big deal.

My thoughts too. Most likely it will be fine and never a problem unless maybe you have Martha Stewart over.

I'd bet money on that fan being less than 10 amps.

This is indeed a very odd question. Please clarify the problem you're trying solve and your intent.

Your stove is likely rated at 50 amps either running the cleaning cycle or if all four burners are running while the Thanksgiving turkey is cooking away. And where are you getting a 20 amp exhaust fan??? That sucker (pun intended) will pick up small animals and children. A quick look at commercial kitchen exhaust fans shows that 16 amps at 115 will get you about 2,000 to 3,500 CFM. So now I have to ask, is this a residential or commercial application? Although, I can't think of anyone using an electric stove in a commercial setting. You might as well deposit the nightly receipts directly with the POCO.
