Ive got a house that has a laundry list of problems and just want to get a fair idea of time involved to determine price (1)driving 2 ground rods and running a piece of #8 bare (2) changing a 40a breaker to a 30a breaker (3)running 20ft of 10-2 and 10-3 to same area for water heater and dryer overhead (4)mounting ac disco and carflexing to unit (5)demo a small disco under subpanel (6) adding a heater disco (7)fishing microplug wire down wall into existing cabinet using a 4sq box (8)adding 2 plugs in kitchen (9)adding fan box and relocating fan (10)changing out 2 cheap lights for chandiler and track light owner provided thanks for your feedback

Driving ground rods can be as quick as a couple of minutes, or take an hour or more, depending on soil conditions.

I think that #8 bare requires some sort of physical protection, so you might want to consider using #6 ...:confused:

why? #6 requires protection too...gotta go up to #4 ....

I was also lost on micro plug. Think its microwave outlet.
