we are running about 3.50/ sq ft here in TN...your number seems right on or maybe a tad low....from my point of view anyway.

Whole house?
Number of floors, ceiling heights, etc

Is fixture hanging included? (My number includes hanging)
Who is purchasing the fixtures? (My number does not include the fixture)

Same as above for the 5 CF locations?

Central air....amps, voltage, indoor/outdoor? (My price @ indoor)
No condenser units?

Jacuzzi....amps/volts? (Mine is at 240v 20A)

"Heavy duty"? What does that mean?
I priced it at 50A.

Alden lift - omitted on my number ~ height,mounting location (local; remote?) switching locations, etc...needs way more info

Service omitted on my number...too many variables:
OH or UG?
SE or Pipe?
etc
200A OH services with SE start at $3k for me.

My number (considered my comments above) comes in at:
$33,661.53 NOT including permit, filing fees and inspection fees.


Adding for the unknowns, probably in the $40k neighborhood.
I'd probably push it to $45k by adding in the tele/internet/sat&cable package
