All figured in EMT
JUNO IC 22 W/ W24 Trim
30' of feeder for 3 ton compressor
New panel to be located adjacent to existing panel with free space for new two pole breaker

How many men? How long do you think it will take to rough and finish it? I would price for 2 men @ 500.00 per day plus materials @ 30% mark-up. We just roughed a 1000 sq ft basement today in 3 hours, and with all the material and labor the job was for 4800.00, but that was a small basement....This basement had:

10 15a tr duplex
1 20a ejector pump
1 bath gfi
7 non ic h7
4 single pole switches
2 3-way switches
1 20a flat-screen
1 coax point
5 compact flourescent keyless fixtures
1 fan/light exhaust unit.

Not too big but there is money to be made if you can get it done quickly and correctly.

Is that $500 each man per day, or $500 for the crew for the day?
Is the $4800 for the rough only, or the entire job?

Um Yeah I ment Romex I figure $9000 but to be homnest I am trying of ways to lower this btw there is a kitchen in this basement

Or bad if your price was lower than the others and you could have gotten more and made even more profit.

Or bad if there was someone higher than you that could close the sale. :)

Being able to do it cheaper is a good thing.
Having to sell it cheaper is not. :)
