Somewhere bewteen $2500 and $75,000.

Why the huge spread?

We know NOTHING about this home...number of recessed cans, switching, kitchen circuits (GD, DW, etc), garage? (GDO?), heat/hot water (gas, oil, solar??), service (OH/UG?) etc etc etc.
Too many variables to even guess-timate what the "average" would be....what you might consider "hi-end" might be considered "average" or even "below average" depending on the geographic location (ie, Paterson vs. Gladstone/Peapack vs. LBI on the water).

Drop some more info...I'll narrow down my spread :D

Runsom 2500 Sq home electrical $67K and that din't count the extras.

A quick search of the site and you will find plenty of posts on this issue.

"all the extras would be mine"

I would not depend on extras, the EC did not get the extras on the home above, the owner shopped around for the extras.

Whose your daddy

Whose your daddy

You are the man. Estimating skills are one of the most important yet highly overlooked part of this buisness. I can only wish to learn these skills with so much misinformation flying around.

LOL...

Not really.
Would I have been anymore accurate had I said between $100 and $100,000?
I wouldn't be wrong - but would I have even been close?
:D

Estimating is a skill...a skill that needs to be exercised.

We need a few of those "Just for fun ~ Bid" threads again.

My numbers seem to being accepted  dare I raise my rates? I usually change my numbers come tax time...a bump after 4 months?
Unprecedented!

EDIT:
LMAO ROFL
I just saw your title there: Whose your daddy
LOL

OK, but what would you price it at if they wanted the grounds up? :D

That's a seperate product.
You can't simply invert a receptacle for the grounds to be "up".

Now, will that be "standard" or "decora"?
