Primary and Secondary in same conduit

Can you run the 480v Primary to transformer and the 120/208 secondary leaving transformer in the same conduit.

generally yes.

you could probably come up with some scenario where it is not code, such as somehow the 480V conductors are service conductors.

it might be less convenient because you would have more CCC in your conduit this way than if they were broken into more conduits.
 
As mentioned by Bob and Bob derating will kill you unless you can limit the single conduit to 24" or less.

As long as they are both feeder conductors, with a disconnect and an OCPD on the premises, then yes. That would have to be a customer-owned transformer.

You do need to distinctly mark the neutral conductors of both systems. The practice is white for 120/208, and gray for 277/480.

Also, I'm not sure that every electrician is not colorblind. So make sure it is clearly marked.
