Does anyone out there have any tricks for trimming prismatic diffusers? I know that there are two different sizes sold, one for suspended ceilings and one for troffer lens replacement, however this one is a smaller size and after ruining 3 replacement diffusers I decided to reach out to see if anyone had a trick up their sleeve?

I didn't have a table saw handy so used a plexiglas cutter (its like a knife) and straight edge, scored and broke it just like cutting glass. I made sure the lens were warm and didn't ruin any out of 3.

I have use a Multi-Tool before to trim plastic and it worked well. I, also, have used a Table Saw as well. A router might do the trick too.

I just wanted to thank everyone for their input, that is what makes this a great forum. I tried the router with a laminate bit on a router table and it cut through the diffuser just like a hot knife through butter, perfect easy cut. I think the table saw with fine tooth blade would also work well.
