Anyone know of a private tudor or instructor in the Tampa area for electrical contractors exam?

It's not going to be easy finding a private instructor. Both Mike Holt and Tom Henry give exam prep courses in the Tampa/Orlando area, but they are certainly not 1 on 1.
Try contacting the local IAEI Division (Suncoast) or IBEW Hall to see if anyone would be able and willing to help you out.
You may also want to put out flyers at the local supply houses to see if anyone will respond.
