PROBLEMS IN COSTA RICA

Is anyone interested in communicating with me about our current electrical problems here in Costa Rica. We are getting exorbitant kilowatt readings after completing our wiring. We have done extensive trouble shooting but would appreciate any advice anyone has. Please contact me and I will send a complete discription of our layout here and what we have done to try to locate the problem.
