I installed a large quantity of post lights for a Condo neighborhood. I used a Progress fixture that runs about $250 if bought one at a time. Now I need parts to replace some broken materials due to a wind storm. My supplier is not getting a response from the Progress rep. I see nothing on line that would indicate that parts for a Progress fixture can even be purchased. Am I stuck buying new fixtures?

Well after receiving no responses I gues I have my answer. I looked harder at the price of a replacement fixture. The best I ca do is $320. That is one expensive fixture part. The fixture is a Progress P5485-31EB. I'm thinking I should have asked my question in the lighting catagory.

Why not be on the phone and asking questions? Frankly I'm lacking to understand why they wouldn't support their product. (?) Don't base business on a web page, all business/curtains aren't the same...

I may be wrong, but I think the manufacturer wants customers to go to distributors for products and support of their products. The distributor I purchased the fixtures from can't get a response from the rep. I just assume the manufacturer does not want to hear from one contractor about one part.

That's not the way I read it, I didn't think one fixture. I'd write an E-mail, if thats the response
you got. I can understand production runs and other things, but again this is not what this is about, people have jobs that answer these type of letters.
