ConEst has JobTrac(exclusively electrical). I wouldn't suggest AccuBid(from experience and they are doing MEP also). I believe Vision has something. A lot of the accounting packages have some sort of PM module. Many contractors use Forefront or MS Project. Neither are exclusively electrical.
