Does anyone use a job task sheet or work break down sheet to help assign task on projets. Or do you just let lead JM, Foreman, or Super determine whats needed to be done daily. We are trying to develop a task sheet with Phase1 Demo of equipment, determine placement and rough in new equipment, rough in new conduit and wiring on interior portion of project. Phase 2 consist of waiting for all construction on exterior portion then start roughing in all conduit and wiring for new equipment. The crews for most part know what they are doing but could use a litle organization.
