Propane Heater For A Pool

Is it okay to have the outlet feeding this heater to be within 10 feet of an above ground pool? I'm thinking it is as long as it is gfi protected and a single twist lock. The pool builders already put it in place and I was never told about the heater .

As long as it is 6 feet or more from pool it is allowed. twistlock not necessary.
