Propane tank filling station

Next week we have to install the conduit and controls for a propane filling sytem. I believe this is a class I division II system. (LPG) I don't know if an emergency shut off is required for this application. Does anyone have an idea which NFPA article/publication addresses this installation? Any information would be greatful.

It has been a while since I have done a propane filling station but I believe NFPA 30A is one reference along with article 514. A clearly identified emergency control (disconnect) is required per 514.11.
I found the illustrations in the handbook to be helpful.
