Propane Tank grounding.

Do above ground propane tanks used to fuel LPG powered vehicles require bonding or grounding other than what I provide as an EG to the pump motor per NFPA 70?

It will sit on a 4' concrete slab with 'mesh'. No footings. No rebar.

Been a long time since I done it. You are going to need some rigid conduit, some seal offs and the aforementioned EGC to the pump. That should cover it.
