Proper Grounding

It it a code violation or just bad practice to use non-metalic liquid tight flex and flex fittings with metalic conduit and condilet fittings?

A properly sized grounding conductor is in the raceway.

Not sure what you mean by flex connectors are they non-metallic or are they actually steel flex connectors

What I have is a run of Rigid Metal Conduit that changes to plastic flex (non-metallic) plastic flex connectors attatch the flex to the RMC. again, there is a grounding conductor in the conduit run.

As long as there is an EGC in the conduit and the section of RMC beyond the non-metallic flex is bonded to it, you are in compliance.
