Proper Installation of FA elevator control wiring in a hoistway.

If FA control relays are permmitted to be installed in the elevator hoistway in a gutter..... Can they be installed in the same raceway as elevator power and control? As long as they are in their own conduit? What does the code specify what is and isnt allowed?

As long as they are separated, I don't see a problem. At the FA relay, how are you keeping the LV and non-LV separated? Junction box with a divider?

Out of curiosity, is this one of those elevator controllers mounted in the hoistway or on top of the cab?
