Does anyone know if the proposed addition of 310.15(B)(2)(c) made it through the comment stage? My electronic copy of the ROC is corrupt and I can't get the download to work from the NFPA.
This proposal recommended the derating of conductors in raceways exposed to direct sunlight to have an additional 30 degrees F added to the outdoor ambient temperature. This could be very significant for us that live in areas with normal temperatures above 95 degrees.
