If a G/C agrees to a particular price with specific items listed and then eliminates some items and add's others do most here give credit for the un installed items and charge an extra for the new? Or does the original quoted price stay intact regardless of the un used items that were originally agreed upon and the extras are still added?

I usually add and delete but I never give as much back as I quoted simply because it cost me time to make the changes.

We have a form for this that helps us calculate pricing for changes.
Most contractors stipulate in their terms and conditions just how this is handled. You may well have agreed to use their method and not even realized it.
