Proposed Article 409 on Ind. Control Panels

Does anyone have any info about a proposed Article 409 to be included in the 2005 NEC that will cover industrial control panels? See below:

The panel action is in the NEC Report On Comments. A small change was proposed during the NFPA annual meeting. The vote was to send that portion back to the panel for action. I do not remember what that change was but it was small and it took out a very few words.

I had read something about it on the NFPA website. I recall the purpose is to cover field assembled lighting and control panels. They would not be UL listed and the NEC recognizes that they are there and is establishing guidelines.
