Proposed Article 409 on Ind. Control Panels

Does anyone have any info about a proposed Article 409 to be included in the 2005 NEC that will cover industrial control panels? See below:

The following is from an article at http://www.nfpa.org/NFPAJournal/Covers/necmj04/necmj04.asp regarding the new 2005 NEC...

"Among new or revised items in the 2005 edition is Article 220, which covers load calculation and was revised primarily from a usability standpoint. Also revised were Articles 409, which focuses on industrial control panels;....

The panel action is in the NEC Report On Comments. A small change was proposed during the NFPA annual meeting. The vote was to send that portion back to the panel for action. I do not remember what that change was but it was small and it took out a very few words. :D

Wireman,

I had read something about it on the NFPA website. I recall the purpose is to cover field assembled lighting and control panels. They would not be UL listed and the NEC recognizes that they are there and is establishing guidelines.
