fryer receps
had a service call to a fast food restaurant, they have had multiple electrical fires in the fryer area. it appears that oil is getting behind trim plates. How would i prevent this from happening. I was thinking metal bubble covers with gaskets. is there a better product or method. I've hardly done any kitchen work so I'm not experienced in this area. any advice would be appreciated.

Look at the TayMac MX covers from Hubbell if the grease is dripping from above. If your grease source is spatter from below the receptacle, it may be necessary to move the receptacle.
