Protecting residential service wire in a wall cavity.

I have located a metal raceway mad by Legrand

Are these raceways suitable for safety for a residential service cable that is in a wall cavity, protected only by Sheetrock?

This a there something better that I could use to pretty the service wire in a wall cavity (8ft top to bottom).
