Public Assembly AC or MC?

Hi, pros. I have a question about Article 518 at 2008 code. Does this code cycle allow usage of AC cable instead of MC? What if I am in fire rated construction?

From what I can tell you can use either cable type whether rated construction or not.

Does your facility have an occupancy of 100 or more people? If not 518 doesn't apply to it.
