A public pool has a service that is brought into a pump house.It feeds a shower concession building on the other side of the pool.The feeder was installed in pvc with aluminum tri plex 4/0.with no ground conductor.It then terminates in a 200a disconnect before a branch panel.Does this feeder require a ground conductor so that everything in the vacinity of the pool is bonded?
