One inspector has been a royal pain in regards to puck light transformers. These are the non plug in type stripped ends to be wirenutted.
On rough we set a 3 gang nail on in an accesible area, bring switch leg to there then jump to second j box where all the leads to ucl puck lights are mounted all in nm.Under the cabinet we drill a hole in rear stile mount a wiremold box and feed the LV from there
He has come up with transformers need to be mounted, transformers need to be vented.Last week there was a final on a home that had a bunch of puck lights. It was roughed so that there were 3 puck lights / trans. He opened one Jbox and read on it 20 amp circuit required
Any thoughts or arguments would be appreciated
