Tell me if I am doing this right..
15 #8 conductors.
3 seperate runs
into a pull box outside the building
according to table 314.16(b) #8 = 3.00IN3
so this means 45IN3 is this correct.

As long as there are no clamps or devices in the jbox, then your calculation is correct.
