Is it ok to remove outer jacket of SE cable that is passing through a pull box to bond ground wire to box using a lay in ground lug? PVC conduit enters one end of box and se cable clamp is at other end of box. Should I run a separate ground wire through PVC conduit to ground pull box. (SE cable run in conduit must have outer jacket intact.)
