Pull Box Size

Have pull box, 2 - 2" RGS entering bottom of can, 2 - 2" nipples out back of can for service conductors. 3/0 conductors to be used. Can is 18"X18", how deep does can need to be?

If you look at the Exception to 314.28(A)(2), it will refer you to Table 312.6(A) when your conduits enter opposite to a removable cover.
In you case, I believe that dimension is 4".

I disagree. Art. 314.28(A)(2) clearly states to use 312.6(A). IMO that overrides 300.34

Off the top of my head, we may be mixing apples and oranges.
300.34 references cables over 600 volt. Although I don't notice a voltage limitation on 314.28, there is a separate section for cables over 600v (314.70 & .71) which does reference 300.34

I think that is what "B" should be. I think they misrepresented that.
