Pull Box with Plumbing

I have kind of a strange situation with a floating structure where the plumber used the electricians pull / junction box to to route his domestic water into the building, so basically the cold water and electric are sharing a single pull box.

If this was a violation, it would appear somewhere in article 314. Anyone know if this would be considered a violation?

Note: There are no splices within the box, its just an area where the conductors enter the building.

This would be a NEC 2011 installation.

Thanks!

Good question. 300.8 would prevent this in a raceway but does not mention boxes. Not aware of anything in 314 to prevent this.
