Check the 3XX.26 for your chosen wiring method.
Tub of jetline is 6500'. Shot 700' no problem lots of times. 1300' is the longest I've ever done vault to vault. Rolls of wire would be your limiting factor. FPN's are not code they're recommendations; so I see nothing in the way.

Other than the maximum of 360? between pull points, the only other limiting factor would be the pulling tension and sidewall pressure. As long as you keep both of these below their maximum permitted values, there should be no issue. Of course that assumes that you have access to equipment that will let you make a long pull. If you don't the capabilities of the available equipment will be the limiting factor.
