I always get this answer misinterpreted. Can you have 2 different panels sharing the same pull box. where can I find it in the NEC?

Ever seen an aux gutter with multiple panels connected to it? If you feel that is acceptable what you are asking about is kind of the same thing.

As long as you are not combining service conductors (no OCPD) with feeder conductors (with OCPD) in the same box or raceway you should be fine.
Yet power companies around here are still hooking up Up and Down pole services without question.
