pull boxes

according to NEC - 360 degrees of bends
in practiacal terms - the length of your wire (if that applies)
(unless there is some special circumstance you failed to mention)
(a lot of specs tell you a max distance though)

The old wifes tale was no more than 100', but back then most fish tapes were only 100'.

I have seen plans with specs that state how far apart they want boxes, but there is no NEC requirement.

Welcome to the forum.:)

This has been discussed before. As has already been pointed out the only limit the code puts on this is the degrees of bends not a length restriction.

Basically you can run the conduit as long as you want, but keep in mind that the conductors you are pulling have limits to the stresses they can withstand without damage to the insulation when being pulled in a conduit.

You might also want to look at any specs on the job, some engineers specs have a length limit between pull boxes. I have been on projects that had a spec for pull boxes evey 100'.
