pull boxes

Im working with some 2 inch emt and I have a location where I have a pull box installed. In that box I have to make some splices using polaris lugs. To size the box properly do I use article 314.28 (2). Or do I need to calculate the cmils. Thank You

If your conductors are #4 or larger, 314.28 would be the proper reference.
